nicaragua river fly fishing

Fishing is a wonderful pastime and not too difficult once you know a few basics. This is not a rare phenomenon for the large number of anglers who try to outwit this seemingly dim-witted fish.

It seems to be more of an adventure than fishing in a pond or a lake because you will usually have to walk a long way on land and in the water just to find some of the best spots. The thrill and heart stopping sensation you get when you see a trout coming to take your fly is the only thing that beats the solitude nature has to offer. Before heading out we used to stop at the marina and stock up on chocolate bars and pop and the dads would get their Black Label Beer.

Some fish will be very picky and others will strike vigorously. It has been known to happen, and these do not occur by fluke, but by anglers trying out newer tips they have learnt from others in the field. Solicit the help of a guide to locate the fish if you are not familiar with the fish movements.

When you use devices such as bait bags, rod rulers, and retractors, you become a much more efficient trout angler, which results in more fish. These basics of fishing will help the beginning angler catch many more fish.
